Working Principle
After the material enters the box through the feeding system, the hydraulic pushing device steadily pushes it to the high-speed rotating blade area. Under the coordinated action of the moving blade and the fixed blade, the large or entangled material is decomposed into small pieces through a comprehensive force of tearing, squeezing, and shearing, and finally discharged from the screen hole. The entire process has the characteristics of low speed, high torque, low noise, and low energy consumption.
Feature
1.Material and Hardness
The blade base is often made of alloy tool steel (such as 9CrSi, Cr12MoV) or cold work die steel, and after heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC58-62. SKD-11 high-speed steel is commonly used when processing metal materials, which has a higher hardness (HRC62 or higher) and is suitable for high-strength operations.
2.Efficient Rotation
Adopting a composite transmission layout of planetary gear sets and parallel shaft gears, torque multiplication is achieved in a limited space. The gear material is 20CrMnTi alloy steel, treated with carburizing and quenching process, with a surface hardness of HRC58-62, and can withstand instantaneous impact of 500% rated torque.
3.High Load-bearing Capacity
Bearings have high load-bearing capacity, using special alloy steel and heat treatment processes, and can withstand huge impact loads during equipment operation.
4.Safe and Efficient
The hydraulic system has overload protection function. When the pressure reaches the set value, the rotor will automatically reverse, and the material position will be readjusted before resuming work.
5.Dust and Noise Control
Adopting a low-speed design significantly reduces dust generation and equipment heat generation during operation, while maintaining a noise level of ≤ 80dB
